That said, to keep things smooth and fair for everyone, here are a few expectations:

What's Included:

•Content edits (text, images, hours, services, etc.)
•Bug fixes and technical support
•Routine plugin, theme, and platform updates
•Design tweaks (within the scope of the existing structure)
•Advice on tools or small improvements
•Adding new pages (based on provided content)

What’s Not Covered:

•Major redesigns or rebrands (these may require a new package)
•Self-inflicted issues caused by edits made outside of our system or team
•Migration to a different platform
•Custom development or third-party integrations beyond the original setup

DIY Edits:

We totally understand the desire to make updates yourself, and you're welcome to! But if changes made on your end break the site or significantly alter the setup, we may need to charge a small repair fee depending on the extent of the fix. We’re always here to help guide you before you make any edits, so don’t hesitate to reach out first.
